The Chief’s Football team suffered its second consecutive loss last Friday night vs the Winnebago Indians. The game ended after the first play of the 2nd half via the 50 point mercy rule….final score: Indians 58 - Chiefs 6. In boxing they call it a Technical Knockout (TKO). One bright spot was the 59 yard TD run by junior I-back Lil-T-Lighting Todd. Stabler took a toss sweep round the right side, gibbitey, gibbitey, gibbitey… he’s gone. Throwing key blocks on the play were Rylon Grant, Jarius Harlan, and Jaden Pancake Robinson. The definition of a pancake in FB is when an offensive lineman knocks a defensive player to the turf (See the NU Pipeline 1994). Robinson had this to say after the game: ‘The Bago D-line was by far the best we’ve faced this year.’ When asked if the Chiefs will be able to bounce back from such a devastating loss... Robinson said, ‘We just need to keep working hard at practice, and I think we’ll be good.’
