Do you ever get tired of playing video games or hooping it up? If so, you should consider trying what our boy Taylor Primeaux does with his spare time. What does he do you ask? Dis boy skates… no not roller skating like Fehringer used to do.. But skateboarding. The
type of skateboards that he uses are ‘Superior’ skate decks which
are decent. The board he wants is a rose DGK board or any type of Red Rose board. A board like this will cost about 80 dollars. Taylor likes to cruise around the Rez on his board or just practice tricks wherever. His dream trick is called “hardflip” which is a combination of a ‘frontside pop shove it’, and a ‘kickflip.’ Sounds dangerous, dude! One simple trick he can do is called a Strawberry Milkshake. One skateboarding fact about Taylor is that he rides ‘goofy instead of regular.’ This means that he pushes with his left foot instead of his right foot.One weird thing he does is that he puts his wheels backwards. He does this because it makes him like seeing his wheels all white with the design on the inside. He also wears vans when he skates because he finds them comfortable and they give a good grip. Taylor also likes to apply rough grip tape
to the deck of his board which gives him a strong foundation when push popping or powersliding. A few bad things about the rough grip tape is that it sometimes makes his thumb bleed when he handles the board, or it gets too grippy when trying to do a trick. It also makes his shoes wear down faster. When he can't skate he either plays skating games on his console or he plays with his fingerboard which is like skateboarding but for your fingers.
When playing on the console his favorite skating game
is called ‘Session Skate Sim’.
One cool thing is that he got to play this game when it was in ‘beta’. This means that he got to play it before the game was released to the public. Also, we think he should have a skating name. So the J-Squad has chosen Jaws! Wait, that’s a movie that Fehringer watches. Instead, we will go with his Native name which is, Wanbli Ok`shila - Which means Eagle Boy. Here ends the reading.
