Chiefs Looking to Shock Falcons

By Biscuit Bobs, K.L. Sharp-Ax, Terry L. PittBull, Kane JaBlade, Tiny McAlex, and the J-Squad.

The Chiefs are now heading into week five of the football season. They are off to a slow start with a 1-3 record but da boyz are hoping to build on their momentum from last week’s woodshed beating of Flandreau. Ok the Indians forfeited - but this is no time to argue the fine points. We here at the J-Squad are calling it an old fashioned woodshed beatdown! Tomorrow, however, the Chiefs will face the undefeated Todd County Falcons. A big challenge to say the least. The kickoff is slated for 4:00 P.M. in Mission, SD. Can Coach Hudnall and his team shock the world with an upset! This is like Rocky vs Drago 2. Flashback to Rocky IV dialogue - Duke, Rocky's corner man, says this to him right before the final round. Duke: "All Your Strength, All Your Power, All Your Love. Everything You've Got. Right Now!" Wowza! If that doesn’t get the boys fired up nothing will. Nothing except the words that J-Squad’s Biscuit Bobs obtained from the old ball coach himself. It goes something like:

Biscuit Bobs: Yoes coach, if yous wouldn’t mind very much we was hoping that yous got some game words for us here at the J-Squad.

Matt: Well thank you Biscuit… (Matt clears throat) “We're going inside of ‘em, we're going outside of ‘em -- and when we get them on the run once, we're going to keep ‘em on the run. And don't forget, men -- today is the day we're gonna win. They can't lick us -- and that's how it goes.” Wait, that’s from the movie Rudy! Sorry, our bad… Ok, here’s the words from Matt. "The start wasn't what we expected; there's been a lot of ups and downs, (Matt ponders for a moment) things that we can and can't control. Something that isn't new to these boys, however,

is adversity. The only newness to this adversity is in changing the way we handle it. When things get tough, the tough get going and stick together with those closest to them. Kid Cudi might say he can do it alone but, we all need someone to help support us. Sticking together will be key for us the rest of the year as well as staying committed and showing up each day. There's still a long way to go and we control our story." J-Squad will now pause for a moment as we wipe the tears

regarding the Kid Cudi quote…. And there you have it, J-Squad readers. The latest from the Locker Room! Good Luck, Chiefs! And give our boys some love by

slamming dat ‘like’ button!
